The difference is unbelievable. I had heard that REAL sea salt was better for many things. One of the first dramatic things I will attest to is how good it is to gargle with. My food nutritionist recommended that I only use CELTIC sea salt. IT is clean and fresh, and pure. With the built in grinder, it is the best of both worlds. FOOD tastes clean, fresh,and pure as she said, and when you grind it fresh, you feel like a gourmet chef! WOULD order this again!
