We are powerful creators of our lives and our thoughts are key to giving us a life we do or do not want.Choose your thoughts and you choose your life. Sorry - my review is simplistic and not intended to enlighten anyone who might be interested in reading the book. Frankly, I found it to be nothing short of rubbish and not worthy of my time. It offered me nothing. To those who found the book of value, good on ya! Perhaps I missed the point. Cheers.

This is a 'stupidfied' version of NLP. I can't believe that all these idiots gave this book 5 stars no wonder America is in trouble. This book talks about wishing for what you want and it'll come true without putting any effort in to it. You just have to believe that you can win the lotto and it'll happen, basically that's the point of this idiotic book. I'm going to let you in a little secret, THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN IN REAL LIFE! Thinking positive is one thing but without putting any work or effort it's just wishful thinking. Trash this book and pick up a book on NLP to really learn how to think positive to reach the goals you want.

I purchased The Secret book along with the DVD. I have really enjoyed both. The book is a source one can return to over and over again to read and meditate on the quotes that are golden nuggets of wisdom. There are many detractor out there that say The Secret is rubbish, but I can personally attest that my life is better today and I am truly blesssed by having used the Law Of Attraction and a positive mindset. It has not only brought me material gain, but more important things in the realm of mind, body and spirit!
