I bought this for my granddaughter. She was adamant about wanting the CHI with the breast cancer symbol on it. This ad shows the symbol on it but when she received it there was NO symbol on it. I don't know what happened. The supplier must have substituted a different iron than the one showing. Just be aware that you don't always get what you think you're going to get.

This flat iron is light and easy to use, it gets hot in less then 2 minutes and is ready to use.
Love it - spend the extra $$ it's worth it !

I bought this flat iron and it worked PERFECTLY!! i loved it until it didnt work 2 DAYS LATER!!! soo yes i recomend it... it didnt work because it got messed up during shipping just make sure that where ever your buying it from ships it as "fragile"
I am defiantley sticking to CHI! :]

I have had this iron for two weeks shy of a year. The iron stopped working. I thought, "Great! Finally something actually breaks down two weeks BEFORE the warranty runs out instead of two weeks after!" After contacting Farouk, I learned that the warranty is VOID if the product is purchased over the internet. This was in no way, shape, or form disclosed to me when I purchased my iron. DO NOT BUY!! WAY too much money to drop on a flat iron that doesn't even have a valid warranty!
