I have had mine for about a year. I have been using it for a good portion of that year. I haven't experienced any of the mechanical problems others have, which is good considering that I bought mine used at a yard sale and I weigh ~250 lbs. I cannot do normal crunches because of a surgery a few years ago, and this has been a pretty good replacement.

This product is not strong enough, the very first day I used it was making noise like something inside was broken and it was.
I just want to let people know this is not a good investment please don't buy this product.

Maybe I'm not using this right, but my abs dont hurt and arent even sore after using this. But it came as described in the amount of time that was given. Maybe I'm too advanced too see results, which I hardly doubt but I'm just searching for an explanation.

This is simply one of the best AB workout machines that actually works! It gives a great workout for your mid section and it is easy so that anyone can workout on it either beginner or pro. The one thing you should consider is if you have never worked out you should stick to the shortest distance for doing the AB workout as the more further you go the harder the workout (though that is how the workout was meant to be done). I have always wanted to have a stomach worth showing and finally I have one!! I can't wait to sport my bikini this summer!! This product is great! It is kind of wierd at first, but you truly do feel it the next day (in a good way)! Just 5-10 minutes a day and I saw results within the first couple of weeks! DEFINITELY worth every penny!
