Having Polio as a child left me with feet issues as an adult. Two being cramping and compact toes, I also have Mortons Neuroma. Healthy Toes=happy feet!
I used to get horrible toe and foot cramps and cramps up the sides of my legs, especially when I wore high heels all day or did a lot of walking. Since I've been using Healthy Toes, I haven't had any more painful cramps. I wear them just about every evening. I was quite skeptical about YogaToes at first. I couldn't really understand the concept but I went ahead and tried them and I must say they REALLY DO HELP!!
Before I started using HealthyToes my feet would ache for days and no amount of massaging could relieve the cramps, but once I started using these toe stretchers the knots became less frequent and less painful.

They were delivered promptly and work well! I haven't had my dreaded foot cramps for a few weeks now! They can get a bit uncomfortable if I'm not distracted but I think I may just need more time and consistency using them. Well worth the money!!!
