I always thought this idea was a little gross, plus, since I am one of those people who nearly drowns myself in a few inches of water, I was understandably skeptical. But I continued to watch YouTube videos, read as much as I could, and after suffering through some pretty nasty post-nasal drip during my latest cold, I thought, "What could it hurt?" I first heard about this product when one of my coworkers mentioned seeing the Oprah episode with Dr. Oz where it was demonstrated. I thought, no way, that's disguisting. But my allergies can get bad enough that I decided that it couldn't hurt to try.

This is an amazing product, and I would recommend it to anyone I know. In fact, I already have. Since starting using it, I have barely had to use my normal decongestant. I bought this for myself, and my mother, and we both love it. However, since we both had the same problem, I feel obliged to warn others....Do not use this product without the saline solution. It burns!!!! Using it is directed feels good, soothing, but, DO NOT use it without the solution.
