I was not happy with the flat iron at all. It was not the correct color of a chi iron. Which makes me think it is fake. It only worked for a month.

I have always had the black Chi and recently purchased the pink chi from amazon.com. I love it! I works just as well as the black Chi!

I got the pink chi was I loved the color. Sadly, it does not get as hot as the black chi. Therefore, if you're looking for a good chi, this one would not fit the profile. Just stick with the black chi's!
