I have found that my digestion seems to be a little more "relaxed" if I take 2 of these with 1 Pepogest enteric-coated peppermint oil softgel a 1/2 hour before eating. It hasn't been a cure all for my digestive woes, but I'll take anything I can get at this point! If you have digestive complaints I would recommend trying these. The enzymes are for my wife, who is very pleased with the results. Other enzymes she tried in the past were not as effective in keeping her stomach happy. Inexpensive and they work well - my wife recommends them.
