I've been buying the Clif Kid Zbars for a while now, and I never tire of them. They make a great breakfast on the go, a mid-morning snack, and taste great with that afternoon cup of coffee. My kids love them, and the variety pack ensures that you won't get tired of the same flavor. (My favorite is the chocolate brownie, and my son likes peanut butter best. It all works out.) As a naturopath, I must live what I preach. "Eat organic whenever possible" is one of those lessons. As a distance runner, I also know that it is important to have nutrition on the go. These bars are great for kids. My son used to come home from school "starving" and need to eat almost a full meal before he felt better. Yes, I asked him if he ate (may have been school lunch or a home packed lunch) and he was always hungry afterschool.
