So I started going back to the gym at the end of may hitting about 209lbs and since then I have lost almost 30 pounds and still working on it, Im a short and stocky guys and have gained alot of weight over the past year. After my research with M&F magazine, I decided to invest in this product. I am extremely satisfied with the results. After one week I lost 5 lbs around my belly and regained my 6 pack that i lost this winter. I recommend not taking this product after 3pm. It is difficult to go to sleep if you use it after that time.
