Okay ladies, this product rocks!! I want to tell you that there is an adjustment period of about 4 days.........You also must drink the 8-10 glasses of water. BUT THE PRODUCT WORKS.......I am sharing with all my friends. I lost 10 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks.

I have tried numerous other over the counter pills and MANY diets! Atkins, Weight Watchers, etc This is the first thing that has worked for me. It is not magic. I didn't even get through the first day on this stuff without feeling nauseous and dizzy with rapid heart beat. I would not recommend anyone taking this unless you check with your doctor first.
