This product and seller were exactly as described. The cushioning on the face mask is more comfortable than some others on the market. I just wish they'd change the way the straps connect to the mask. So far mine haven't broken on this mask, but I imagine it's just a matter of time. The airflow noise is a bit quieter on this unit, too, than on some other masks I have used. All in all, it is nice and a great deal; and I would buy it and buy from this seller again.

I have found this to be the most comfortable mask out there. The main competitor to this mask are the various resmed mirage masks: Micro, Activa, and the plain regular. I found the gel mask is much softer on the face than the silicone cushions used in the mirage series.
My only complaint is that the mask does not have a very long life. After about 3 months, the gel starts to get mushy and you get more air leaks -- causing you to wake up frequently and have to readjust the mask.

The mask is comfortable, quiet and has provided me with excellent sleep since I started using it 5 months ago. So why the poor rating? Simple: The plastic receptacles that receive the [black] tabs, which in turn, receive the bottom portion of the lycra headgear - BREAK, rendering the mask unusable.
