This product works fine and it does suppress your appetite and give you tons of energy (I was up to two workouts a day!). It is not terribly hard to fall asleep but as soon as I do I have disturbing, weird dreams that make me wake up feeling horrible. I am stopping the pills since I would rather have a good night's sleep and not have to deal with all the dark sides of my sub-conscious! As soon as I stop the pills the dreams stop, which tells me the pills are having more than their fair share of effects ... Read More
