This product works fine and it does suppress your appetite and give you tons of energy (I was up to two workouts a day!). It is not terribly hard to fall asleep but as soon as I do I have disturbing, weird dreams that make me wake up feeling horrible. I am stopping the pills since I would rather have a good night's sleep and not have to deal with all the dark sides of my sub-conscious! I tried this product for only 2 days. The first day I was wide awake and couldn't sleep, the second day I was sick. I felt like my stomach was going to be ripped out of me. I wouldn't recommended this to anyone.
