This is a great bar, and generally very good. But, often the bars will melt during shipping and it makes eating the bar very messy and not worth it. This has happened many times for me, but I live in Texas, where it is pretty hot. Maybe it is best to order during the winter.

These bars taste...ok. Like most other low carb protein bars, they have a slightly off aftertaste. Don't get fooled by the Cookies and Cream flavor. I would rather point others to the EAS Chocolate Brownie bar. Otherwise, the price for these bars is pretty good.

Suprises are the last thing you want when ordering. Be forewarned and fore-armed: The product is fine if it can arrive intact, not adulterated by poor shipping and handling practices of Amazon or their shippers. I haven't purchased or eaten these before; still shopping around, but I'm curious what "impact carbs" are that they advertise for being so low. Sounds like market-speak to me, when in fact the bars are as high in carbs (27g?) as all the rest.
What are the lowest carb bars on the market?

I LOVE these bars! I bought them for the Body for Life challenge. I think they taste great - like melted ice cream. Just make sure that you don't let them get too hot (like in my mailbox for 2 days in 80 degree weather) because they get a little sticky. I would definitely buy these again, and I can't wait to try the other flavors.
