I personally find that it is not as comfortable as some may say, you definitely know it's in your ears. After a while my ears actually start to hurt a bit. If it were a bit smaller it would have allowed me to lay my head on the side, but it gets in the way. It does a pretty decent job of blocking sound out it must be said, although not totally.

In the past I've been disappointed with the comfort level of ear plugs. These are exceptional. Highly recommended!
