My cardiologist has placed me on fish oil for the rest of my life. Regular capsules from the health food stores gave me 'fish burps'. Therefore, my doctor suggested Coromega. I love the orange flavor. Taking this product for your overall health is so easy. You can take it with yogurt or just squeeze it out of the packet. Takes like an orangesicle ice cream. If you can't stand the fish capsules, try this product. Great for kids, too.

After trying many many fish oil products, this is the only one that I can tolerate. No burping or nausea and I do not continue to taste it for hours. Consumerlabs.com tested this and gave it good ratings with no mercury. It is easy to take and carry. Has stevia which is a natural sweetener that does not raise blood sugar. Highly recommend!

There are many other benefits to fish oil, including being useful in the treatment of a number of forms of depression, and many physicians recommend it for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. But the problem for many is that they find the capsules to be intolerable for one reason: fish oil burps.
