Cool. Spine-worx is cool.
After a few hours on the pc, my back would start to feel sore right in between the shoulders. I can lay down on the worx, slowly relax and my upper back pops and the tension is gone. It's very, very nice. I don't know how healthy it is to keep popping one's back, but it has replaced any foreseeable chiropractor visits.

The spine-Worx is uncomfortable at first, but seems be beneficial. It takes about a week or so to get used to it. I use it twice a day, seven minutes at a time, and it is helping with my lower back pain. I use it after I get off my inversion table.

I love this product. I have a rib that gets out of place from time to time and I spend $50.00 to go to the doc and get it popped back in. This product takes care of that for me, when I need it at no additional charge! LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

Got back problems? Like so many I did so want to find a solution without going to the doctor/chiropractor regularly. I read about this devise on Amazon and decided what the heck, it is only $35.
I got some relief, but it is minor, like the kind you get when pressing your back with your hand or a chair. I don't like reviews within days or weeks, so I've tried this devise for 2 months. I bought this for my son who is having lots of back and hip pain. He said it did seem to alleviate the hip pain - but has not seen any results for his back (he said even at short usage intervals, it gives him pain to use it).
