I have taken Hydroxcut (caffine free) once before and it worked wonders! I didn't have to drink all that water either. Just eat healthy and cut out the fat. It supresses the urge to overeat and snack. I've also noticed that it makes me sleep wonderfully. I gained back some weight after the summer and have been taking it again for 3 wks now and have already lost 4 lbs!. I recommend this to anyone who is serious about weightloss.

I went into this hoping to lose about 25 lbs. I bought these pills and was losing about 2 lbs per week. I lost about 6 lbs then I hit a plateau. Then I gained about 4 of them back and am desperately trying to lose those 4 again. I'm going to back another bottle to see if I have any more luck. I would've given a better review had I lost 10 lbs.

I tried this product for 6 weeks and had no change in my waistline. I wanted something to help me lose my last 5-10 pounds. On the back of the bottle it recommends drinking at least 10 glasses of water a day while taking this product. I found I had to drink at least 12 glasses of water a day on this product or I would become incredibly bloated, constipated and uncomfortable. I took these diet pills cause they are caffiene free and I don't like the way other diet pills have made me feel. These don't make you feel jittery and wired. They do a OK job of cutting appetite too. I didn't lose any weight until the second month of using them but I think they are starting to work now. I would recommend this product.
