Xpel is definitely the best diuretic I have ever used. It is great for body builders, models, etc. It is also great for people that just retain excess water, especially women who bloat up. This is not a fat burner or a diet pill, so don't expect extra energy. Take it as directed and you won't be disappointed.

I hate when people give responses to products they don't know how to use. Xpel is a DIURETIC not a fat burner. It doesn't make you lose bodyfat. And I don't think it even has caffeine it, in response to the reviewer who gave the bad review. It's made for bodybuilders, fitness competitors, models etc..to drop water weight before a competition or show or photoshoot. This product was ineffective, at best. The only "result" I saw was from the caffeine. This aspect is good for those who seek extra energy, but you might as well buy caffeine pills instead. Another effect I experienced was slight dehydration. This let me know the pills were working, but I didn't see the water I carry on my body go anywhere.
