This is a very comfortable mask and it never falls off or slides down when I use it. And I am a side sleeper who tosses and turns a lot. I have used other more cheaply made masks that always come off at some point during my tossing and turning. The strap closes with velcro and it works perfectly allowing me to apply just the right amount of pressure on the headband to hold the mask securely but comfortably. These are great. I got them for my wife, because I told her sleeping with fresh orange slices on her eyes would help with her kidney stones (It's little practical joke I've been playing on her. You and I both know orange peels on the eyelids is a preopsterous idea, but I've got her doing it every night for the past 7 years and it's hilarious. Shhhh! don't spoil the joke)

A little light leaks in around the nose area (this will vary by nose size and cheekbone prominence closer to nose), but the contoured shape around the eyes eliminate the annoying feeling of eyelashes brushing against your mask. Comfortable and adjustable straps limit pressure on the back of head. Earplugs are useful, but I would recommend something over the ear, as the in-ear style can get uncomfortable.

With my job I usually don't wake up until 11am so a sleeping mask has become critical for me to get a good nights sleep. Anyways, until now I have always used the freebie masks you get when you fly international. I have to say some of the freebie ones I have had were better than this one. The strap is nice and easy to adjust with the velcro elastic strap, but it goes right over your ear which can be quite uncomfortable. Some light is visible from the nose part as well. Overall it's a great product, especially for the price. A little light gets in at the bottom, but it's very comfortable. It doesn't hug your eyes which is sooo nice. For the price, it's a great product and we're very happy with it (got one for my hubby too).
