This worked great I was useing vaseoline for years at work but this stuff works great and stopped my chaffing problems.It is a little pricey but it works great and the stick last a lot longer than I had thought it would. I am a 240lb man that works in a hot plant all day I got a month out of the smallest stick of glide. Dont be afraid to try it you will be glad you did. Feel free to email me if you have any ?

When starting to work-out/walk/run again after baby arrived I was plagued by inner thigh chafing where I still carry a few pounds. I raided my husbands closet for his BodyGlide (he uses it for marathoning and all kinds of USMC activities) and low and behold--I love this stuff! I tried this twice, and I didn't like it. It felt sticky, which was just what I was trying to avoid by using it.

Just as promised. This really works! As I increased my running, I experienced chafing from sports apparel. Body glide has prevented any recurrance.
