I bought this pillow after quite some researching given its combination of price and the added feature of a neck massage. This was for our nearly 24 hours trip from US to India with a few stop overs. The pillows were indeed handy to have during the 8/9 hour flights. Found these to be a bit harder than I like, but it did support my neck well. I bought the massage pillow for a friend. Her husband had a stroke and he has problem with his shoulder. I told her she could use it on his shoulder. I have one that I bought a couple of years ago, that I use all the time.

Forget the other bad reviews.
I bought this because I had allot of traveling in airplanes and long car trips coming up. I always got a sore neck due to the lack of support. Let me tell you that this thing fits the back of the neck perfectly and supports your head well. Also, for just lounging around the house, i can put it on and it feels good. Just buy it if you are considering you won't regret it.

Rigid as a rock. Zero comport level. Return shipping will cost me almost the price. Now I'm stuck with this horrible neck rest.

The first one I received did not vibrate. I returned it for a replacement and the replacement did not work either. I returned the second one and asked for a refund.
