This is the first rose shaving cream I tried. It smells great. I have not tried any other and I doubt I will. It makes a great lather and it smells great. I weep a little bit when I have to clean my brush and mug. It smells great. Unlike some soaps I have, the lather smells just like the cream (which is great). It is not cheap but you get what you pay for. It smells great.

I only have the highest praise for the brand. It's wonderfully fragrant, soft, perfect to apply, and is very attractive to the opposite sex! This scent has very strong floral tones, so if you're a "man's man" and don't want to smell like roses, Taylor of Old Bond Street makes other musky type creams too.
I just like this kind because both me and my girl like to use it (yes, women can use men's shaving creams too). It's gender neutral, really.

This made shaving a real joy. It has a great smell and lathers up better than other "brand name" shaving creams. Try it, you like it.
