I am unable to digest carbs,sugar, flour, onions. All carbs cause me days of pain and diarrhea. Taking 2 IBS Capsules each morning I am free of all pain and diarrhea. I have used this product almost 2 years. This is the cheapest way I have found to buy these.

I have been taking many steps to relieve my IBS, which I understand is relatively mild compared to others. Since I started taking this once a day, along with acidophulis and watching my eating habits, I have seen a big improvement. If you are feeling bad, it's worth a try.

Some of the other reviewers were disappointed when a miracle hadn't occurred after 5 days, & gave up on it. About 4 months ago, i got sick. doctors dont know why, just got sick. constant diarrea and horrible stomach pains. Was given, aciphex, levsbid, and xanax. 100.00 worth of pills a month and I still lay awake crying at night becuase nothing worked.
