This stays on well, if it slips at all my 3 year old is able to push it back where she wants it. It keeps her earplugs in so i give it two thumbs up!

Ordered this for my 3 1/2yr old with ear tubes who needed "help" ignoring the ear plugs during bath/shower activities. We ordered small and are now going back to order medium as he has outgrown the small. Small size matches what is listed on product description.
