The retained moisture is rapidly heated by high-grade ceramics allowing deeper penetration of heat into the bodys tissue. Me and my wife were looking for a heating pad and this was the right one. Gives off good heat and is digitally adjustable. Nice safety features; automatic shutoff, does not automatically turn on when plugged in, velcro strap to help wrap around. Overall worth it.

This is a very good heat pad. I bought it to help the inflammatory arthritis in my neck and shoulders. It definitely helps me loosen up in the morning and aids with pain relief. A couple notes: the pad covers the lower neck and shoulders. It does not give coverage to the upper neck near the base of the skull. stoped working after 13 months one month after warrenty. but did love it. and i did lay on it once, that is when it stoped working. the heat would not stay hot for 45min. but i am looking to buy new one because have not found one as nice as of yet.

It's been several years now, and the pad is still going strong. Before we were used to having to buy a new pad every year or so. That's no longer the case. Very durable.

I'll keep it short. I bought this for my wife and I use it occasionally as well. This is, without a doubt, the best heating pad either of us have ever used. Awesome product!
