From reviews online, this has worked for a lot of people, and thats great for them. It got me hopped up for a little while, but ultimately, it just stopped working very quickly in the cycle. With any supplement, don't use more than your body can handle. That being said, I took a scoop a day for three months, and everything worked great. Basically, I took a scoop thirty minutes before I went to the gym. Make sure you wait until your stomach is empty before you take it, otherwise the effects will be delayed because of the food that needs to be digested. If you take NO Explode about 20 - 30 minutes before you lift weights you can feel the results. After a few sets your muscles bulge like they are being flexed. It's basically creatine with a rapid delivery system so it gets the nutrients quickly to your muscles for maximum results. If you work out pretty regularly adding this suppliment as part of your routine can greatly increse the amount of mass you're building. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking to build or tone.

This stuff will give you a good wake-up before a workout. Its mostly a caffeine kind of energy that makes you alert. If you haven't been eating energy rich food or have been taking in junk then you won't have "workout" energy backing the alert energy. You will feel awake but weak when you're lifting.
