I have had this for about a year and already one of the cords has had to be replaced/rewired because the control came off. The cords are also short so you can't move more than a couple of feet away from the plug-in.

I have this chair for over 2 years and i admit that it's been in my bedroom just for decoration after the very 1st week of use. I agree with everyone else who said it more vibrates than massages...

If you are looking for a comfortable, warm, relaxing, non-shiatsu massage chair pad, look no further! I have this on my rocker that I feed my infant son in, and it really helps me relax. If you want a deep tissue massage, this item will not do, as it IS NOT a roller or shiatsu product. I like that I can also take it in my car, but I have not done so as of yet.

We were on a drive to California, but I was having back pain. We would have had to stop in Vegas if we hadn't picked up this massager. I was able to make it to California and when we got back, we bought one for my father-in-law to use while he drives his truck at work.

This is a vibrator all right and a massaging cushion in one. I have had others and feel this is one of the best. I can imagine the women, ( other reviews ) having headaches if they are putting it on high, but it comes with three levels. I like the fact that it can be vibrating in certain areas ( i.e.: Lumbar Spine ). I also feel the price is a bargain. I am a Disabled Veteran and have not always had the luxury of items such as this. " NO COMPLAINTS HERE!"
