This is a great book on depression and general well being. This doctor is a doctor with difference and he deserve to be heard. I hope I will visit his center eventually and congratulate him personally.

I think people with depression would hugely benefit from his book, even more so if they would be supported by Dr. Daniel's supervision where the right amount of supplements and food habits can be implement for each individual.

This one was a bit too medical for my taste (I discovered that I generally crave a psychological take on depression) but it is a book everyone who feels depressed, or ill, should have as a reference.
